Winetails
We've come up with some Winetails using our wines and inspired by popular mixed drinks. We have fun coming up with these, and if they are popular enough, they get added to our menu of Winetails. The recipes for our most popular ones are below.
Port & Tonic
This is a surprisingly crisp and refreshing drink made up of the following:- 4 ounces 2023 Vinho Abafado Branco
- 1.5 ounces Tonic Water
- 2 lime wedges
Pretty in Pink
A Rosé Port version of the popular White Port & Tonic- 4 ounces 2024 Vinho Abafado Rosé
- 2 ounces Tonic Water
- 2 lime wedges
Bloody Vino
The perfect way to start the day:- 4.5 ounces 2022 Chardonnay
- 2.25 ounces Zing Zang Bloody Mary Mix
- 2 lime wedges
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- Hot Sauce to taste
Lemon Crush
A refreshing summer drink to quench your thirst:- 1 handful each of mint and basil
- 1 sliced lemon
- Lots of ice
- 5 bottles 2024 Chenin Blanc
- 2.5 cups of Country Time Lemonade
'Cin on the Beach
The Lemon Crush's red cousin:- 3 ounces of Lemon Crush (see above)
- 3 ounces of 2021 Brent Manor Vineyards Chambourcin
- Lots of ice
Fleur de Lis
Lemon Crush with a touch of Lavender:- 5.5 ounces of Lemon Crush (see above)
- 1/2 ounce Lavender syrup
- Lots of ice
Strawberry Crush
Lemon Crush with a touch of strawberry:- 5.5 ounces of Lemon Crush (see above)
- 1/2 ounce Strawberry syrup
- Lots of ice
